I don’t know where to begin, but all I can say is that God indeed had a hand in it. Let me start from the beginning.
I was running errands few days ago after my BSF bible study and I decided to head to a consignment store to put some of my clothes there. Somehow, God directed me to a particular store and had a reason to do that. I was talking to the owner about my stuff and there comes a lovely lady looking for a jacket for her interview tomorrow. She had to drive 1 1/2 h to meet with her potential employer and she decided, on the spur of the moment, to head to the same store I am in to see if she can get a different outfit for the next day. Somehow, the 3 of us clicked right away and we started to talk about God and kissed the cross that was on the owner’s necklace because it came from Jerusalem and was anointed. We were so thrilled to hear about the originality of the cross. Somehow, through it all, the lady poured her heart out and started to talk about her 18y old son who died last year and she started to cry. We put our hands on her and started to pray over her (for her broken heart and her interview tomorrow) What an emotional moment it was. She was so relieved to tell her story and we felt that we were meant to be there according to God’s plan. What a way to praise God and to glorify Him for His plan. We promised to stay in touch and to follow up with the interview result and to keep the lady in our prayers for what she is going through. But her trust and faith in God are what kept her going and accepting the fate of her child. After she left, I sat with the owner for a while thinking about what we just heard and then we talked about our walk with God. This meeting led to a deeper conversation and sharing our problems. What an amazing day. So what’s your story?
